A little about myself

My name is David Windham.  I am now closer to 40 years of age than 30, and I'll leave it at that.  I have spent my entire life in Northern Utah, surrounded by the beautiful mountains of the Wasatch Front.

At a young age, around 8 years old or so, I was exposed to two things:  Art and Dungeons & Dragons.  It was actually a the 'graduation' party for the art class I was in that I played Dungeons & Dragons for the first time.  Ever since then I have been in love with art and fantasy, and most importantly fantasy art.

Throughout the years I explored all types of art; painting, photography, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, and so on and so forth.  I came back to photography because that was what I had the most fun doing.  I played Dungeons & Dragons all that time as well.  I also discovered Tolkien, Brian Froud and other fantasy authors and artist.

Now I am combining my love of fantasy and photography to bring you my vision of Faeries and other fantasy creatures that I 'find' here in the mountains of Utah.  I hope you stay a while and enjoy it.
